The conference is meant to discuss the state-of-art development, challenges and unsolved problems in the field of Unconventional energy resources . It will provide a platform to the students, researchers, scientists, faculty members, professionals and practitioners to interact, present and get innovative idea in the field of Unconventional energy resources.

Submission Guidelines

Download the full paper template from above link. It should be in English language. After drafting it email it to with subject "Paper Submission". Deadline for abstract submission in extended till 28 January, 2018. Submit it before to avail early bird rate and reserve your rooms in hostel as only limited room are avilable in hostel. Accomodation for Key Note speakers will be provided in Guest House.

A full fledged workshops have been organized by RGIPT, with a fees of INR 1000 for student for any of the workshops they choose, which includes their accomodation and merchandise. Workshops are on:

Panel Discussion

All conference registrants are welcome to attend the panel discussions, which are in parallel with technical sessions, at no additional charge. At each panel, the panel moderator/organizer and panelists will each give a short 5-10 minute speech and then they’ll open the floor to the audience for an open panel discussion and Q&A.

Presentation Guidelines

There wil be 2 type of presentations:

  • Poster Presentation
  • Oral Presentation
At the review stage, the Programme Committee may change the presentation type submitted by the author to ensure the continuity of the conference programme i.e. oral presentation may be changed to poster presentation OR poster presentation to oral presentation. The presenting Author will be informed of any change to their submitted presentation type at the acceptance notification stage. The decision of the programme committee is final.

Oral presentations will be 10-15 minutes long whereas accepted posters will be asked to produce a poster for display at the conference. Presenters are asked to take note of the following guidelines when producing their poster:
  • Maximum poster size is A0 (0.84 x 1.19 m) in portrait orientation.
  • Keep text to a minimum.
  • Ensure any text is in large font.
  • Use graphs, charts, and/or tables.
  • Ensure contents have a logical flow.
  • Use the push pins provided to affix your poster to the display board.
  • Make it colourful.
  • Removal and collection of posters at the end of the display period remains the responsibility of the presenter. Posters not removed by the indicated take down time will be removed and disposed of.
